Christmas reveal

Make them earn the gift tag

The box is wrapped, the bow is on. Now hide what is inside behind a tiny pixel puzzle: they solve the grid square by square, and your reveal — the gift, the clue, or the plot twist — lands at the end.

What’s under the tree

Write the reveal — “it is the thing you have hinted at since August” — pick a small picture puzzle, and send one private link. They solve it, the picture fills in, and your words deliver the moment.

A quick puzzle takes about a minute: long enough for the whole family to lean over one phone, short enough that dinner does not get cold. And if someone is stuck, one tap finishes it.

Secret Santa, upgraded

Reveal who drew whom: one puzzle per player, names hidden behind the grid. Or attach a puzzle to the gift itself — the office exchange gets ten minutes of actual suspense instead of a shrug and a gift receipt.

It also fixes the “from: guess who” tag: send the puzzle after the party, and let them solve for who the mystery gifter was.

The stocking clue and the 24th-evening card

Turn the house into a two-step hunt: the solved puzzle names where the real present hides — the stocking points to the garage, the garage to the attic.

And for the people you will not see this year: a card sent on the evening of the 24th, solved by candlelight in another time zone, is about as close as a link gets to a hug.

Is it free?

Yes — creating and sending reveals is free, with no account and no app on either side.

Can I send it by any messenger?

Yes — it is one link. WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram, email, or a QR code on the gift tag all work.

What if grandma gets stuck?

One tap auto-finishes the puzzle and shows the message — nobody spends Christmas morning defeated by a grid.
